The benefits offered are good.

Cons

Training is horrible. The boss is all over the place the training was assured to be great and never happened. I trained with 10 different people and was told I was wrong with each person which makes it confusing.The company is cheap if you want to call it that; if you stay 30 min late they’ll give you 1hr 30min lunch break instead of overtime. No sinks to wash your hands and you share the restroom with the public. Etc. etc. The quest way is not a good way

Cons

management could’ve been more efficient. The job grew to be a hostile environment

Awful company culture Pay increases are abysmal Career advancement opportunities are very limited Your whole experience is contingent upon who you directly report to, nothing else matters, if that one person doesn't like you, hold onto your seat because it's going to be a bumpy road. Management is full of liars and only prioritizes the company stock Employees are expected to continually work longer and longer hours at no added incentive.
