Pros
Strong fortune 500 company in the growing healthcare industry. There are good opportunities available and a diverse array of job functions outside the lab.
Cons
At least at the National Billing Center it seems you really need to be in the "click" to even be accepted for an interview to advance. Interviews are baised to who can best answer personaility and situational questions as opposed to actual functional skills. This has lead to a large amount on senior leadership lackign the neccesary skills and knowledge to move our company forward.
