      The benefits package is very good. You probably can't find more vacation time anywhere else.

      Cons

      The pace of the job can be very slow at times.

      Pros

      Time off and benefits are a plus. Having 27 days off in the first 3 years (includes sick time) is the most time I have seen from a company of this size. The Management team is very flexible with schedules. Directors/Managers/Analysts can work remote if proven to utilize good time management skills.

      Cons

      Glass ceiling does come in to play at some point. Data entry staff can be tough to manage due to lack of motivation. Communication between departments can be limited due to structure and competition.
