      Pros

      I've been working at QA for over 6 months and have recently passed my probation. I've never been in a more welcoming and invigorating environment. My manager is very understanding and we have weekly meetings to make sure everything is going okay. (which is not something I got in my past company)

      Cons

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      Amazing training scheme, perfect for anyone who wants to get on the IT ladder. They teach you something different every week and you are constantly learning. Trainers are professional and will push you to do your best, also Shafeeq's teaching style will help anyone to reach their fullest potentials. The whole experience was priceless and really worthwhile.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times, the training is intense and you have to put a lot of personal development. Accommodation is provided, however the training period is unpaid.
