      Pros

      Events are good and frequent. Plenty of sociable staff to go out with. Things are being changed and ideas are listened to which is nice to see. Lots of opportunities for feedback. Lots of good experience on client site that would not be given if I didn't go through QA. I have had significant experience and learnt a lot here. Academy was fun and appreciated having accommodation whilst studying, some got bursaries which was helpful and was essential paid training.

      Cons

      Communication/queries can take a while to be processed but has significantly improved since I started.

      - I didn't know any Java or had much computer language knowledge , the trainers were really helpful and they will go out of their way to explain things.

      none from me, I am grateful for their help and assistance
