      Pros

      I have found my time at QA Ltd to be mostly positive the staff are helpful and go out of there way to assist new staff to skill up. I am already benefiting from the opportunists to advance my education offered to employees in QA by taking a SQL course. My first 6 months have been busy and productive and I learn more every day from the experienced staff already in place in the company. I am looking forward to a rewarding career and enhancing my skills to better serve my new company.

      Cons

      During the initial months I have found that a lack training/system documentation internally made learning all the systems I work with much harder. I have had to lean on more experienced staff to learn the systems I work with though this help was given freely and in depth when ever asked for.
