      Pros

      Amazing training scheme, perfect for anyone who wants to get on the IT ladder. They teach you something different every week and you are constantly learning. Trainers are professional and will push you to do your best, also Shafeeq's teaching style will help anyone to reach their fullest potentials. The whole experience was priceless and really worthwhile.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times, the training is intense and you have to put a lot of personal development. Accommodation is provided, however the training period is unpaid.

      The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.

      Cons

      Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
