Pros

Remote work and great co-workers

Cons

Toxic culture, lack of career growth, promotion of managers that are bullies, some teams are revolving doors. Lot of promises are made when employees are hired but this is just strategy to get them in.

Our organization is evolving, and we acknowledge that change can feel uncomfortable. We are doing our best to ensure our team members are informed and supported. Our culture is a priority, and we are working to continuously improve the employee experience for all of our teams.

Pros

None... Executive team will never allow anything to change, any free thinking, or disagreement.

Cons

Buzzwords rule the world PMI operates in. Millions of member dollars blown on transformation projects that have burned out staff, reinforced leadership’s aversion to making decisions, and a CEO that bullies his own people or fires them if they don’t laugh it off.

Pros

When I joined PMI I was excited because there was a palpable sense of mission among the staff, a small but seemingly accessible group of senior leaders, and my role was filled with promise in terms of being visible, having the horsepower to affect change.

Cons

What followed was a year and nine months of Growing disillusionment watching good people get chased out, and watching the mission shift from the membership to the preservation of the bonuses for executive management - some of whom I should add I still respect as individuals - but collectively they couldn't manage a bake sale.
