Pros

Friendly coworkers and a convenient work environment. Flexible work schedule (WFH). Fast-growing company. Office location Downtown LA. Automatic 3% 401K.

Cons

Management seems to focus solely on growing the company. Management often launches new products/projects that still have many flaws. Hard work and achievement from supporting teams or departments are often overlooked.

Pros

Good payers thanks to investors. Company that went into several series of capital

Cons

Organization that calls itself Ag-Tech but is far from it. Provides financial products to growers at a very high annual rate. Organization that would like to play with the big guys but has very weak leadership and understanding of the industry that it plays. Many employees with experience in the fresh industry left the organization this past year. This organization is going in circle.
