Work culture is great. The company genuinely takes care of it's employee's. You're very likely to even get occasional visits from the CEO or Phil.

Cons

Honestly any downsides you might have can be easily handled because the company is very accessible. The CEO actually is an email or call away.

Great team! From the barista standing next to you, to the CEO, Philz is a great company to work for. I felt constantly supported in everything I did both with and for the company, as well as in my personal life, while I finished school. The team leads and store leads always try to support you and be as flexible as possible. I made friends that I will have for the rest of my life.

Cons

It is hard work. I don't think it is a bad thing, but if you aren't hard working or want a job that you can be lazy with-this is not it.
