Pros
Philz is a great place to feel inspired, learn about coffee and meet great people as customers and co-workers. It is fun and energizing with lots of promise.
Cons
The fun wears off when you can't earn enough to support your apartment rent and the management continually tinkers with the day to day affairs. Career growth is always a potential but long-term support for this growth is non-existent.
