- Chill coworkers - Flexible scheduling - Room to grow - Free coffee

Cons

- Demands a large amount of emotional labor to keep customers happy - Ultimately irregular hours (goodbye, sleep schedule) - Lightweight like a cult - Pays lip service to "community" but denies discounts for workers next door (a standard protocol even on 4th street nearby) while subsidizing coffee and food for the police.
