Pros

Customers , environment and co-workers. Growth opportunity.

Cons

Lack of support from upper management. This company once upon a time put forth customer service making customer interaction amazing. Since they started going corporate it lost the feel of the “mom and pop” coffee shop. Several times had to reach out to upper management for more hours of staffing because we were too spread thin and I felt very much ignored.

I'm lucky to work with amazing people, to work on projects that drive the Company forward, and then see the rewarding impacts of the work we do. Work/life balance is the best I've experienced in any job, supportive teams and leadership, learning and development is incredibly important and valued by all, and you get to serve a great product!
