Good pay and manageable schedule .

Cons

No leadership and everyone do what they want . Lots of good talk no actions . Perfect place for bad employees since they can do what ever they want and no one will fire them .

The pay is great; the team is generally awesome; the customers are nice; flexible scheduling

Cons

The whole company, especially South Bay, plays alot of games... favoritism is what gets your opportunities. You're not really invested, after they get what they want from you, they load you up with more responsilbities for the same pay. Weird. Everyone gossips like there is no tomorrow, and yes I am talking about Area Leaders and Operation managers. That is not professional, do it on your own time guys.
