Great coworkers. It was fun to learn to make coffee.

Cons

I felt the level of stress to the pay was not worth it. Management was punitive with regards to calling out because employees called out frequently but they didn't address why employees didn't want to go to work or why they called out when it was impossible to get time off.

Responsibility in positively impacting a community. Opportunity to participate in multiple projects that impact the organization as a whole. Recognition for great work

Cons

After a two years, work becomes repetitive/no surprise which decreases engagement. This is the last retail role/ advancement that becomes difficult if no positions are avilable.
