Baristas are great to work with. that's all

Cons

Management and HR isn't helpful all the time. Don't have proper protocols for baristas safety (since covid pandemic). Baristas are written up or fired for petty reasons. You get scheduled hours that aren't in your availability. You get half trained, and then recipes constantly change without communication about it after
