-excellent coworkers -free coffee -you get to make people smile

Cons

-treat you as disposable -underpaid and overworked -main office is never on employee's side -will give you corrective action for pointing out problematic company policies -has a terrible BLM response -terrible hours (not waking up early, just not enough to survive on) -all talk no action -CEO doesn't listen and only provides lip service -forced a lot of people to quit over covid concerns - then those stores got covid infections. -bad covid response
