Pros

Loved my coworkers and store lead. Fun job overall and was highly social. Good pay and tips. Great job to just clock in and out of. Being a barista is fun; team lead is not worth the drama.

Cons

Really poor communication from upper management. Rollout of operational changes was terrible. Huge recent shift away from original values and promoting employee satisfaction. Menu flipped to prioritize quick profits from simple drinks over the specialized processes that built the business.
