- Amazing co workers, generally great at hiring kind and hardworking people - Extensive training and productive team meetings each launch - On top of cleanliness - Free coffee on shift

Cons

- Little room for substantial company growth from a barista position - Overly strict about timeliness, minimum wage workers only have a 1 minute grace period. - Higher ups often minimize the difficulty of being a barista and the roles of what we do - Overly favor people in authority positions despite multiple HR cases involved and consistent poor performance, but quick to fire baristas over being 10 mins late
