      Pros

      Good work content - Depends a lot on the group you join and your boss though. I had both good and bad experiences in the last 7 years.

      Cons

      Location - It is in the heart of the traffic jam! Office politics - Especially by old-timers with no skills/knowledge! Experience within in Philips decides who is right/wrong and not what is really right/wrong People managers - especially old timers - only care about headcount. If they get their way (and most of the time they do) they would get 9 men to produce a baby in 1 month only to realize that it is not a real baby and then they blame the 9 men for it!

      Employee benefits are quite good Spacious area for conducting events

      Cons

      Outsourcing good work Long timers don't listen to anyone and managers only listen to them Work life balance is going out of balance Quality of work is least priority Cafe food isnt good Broken chairs, No AC in weekend people need to get approval for using table fans

      knowing that a difference is being made, feeling proud of the accomplishment done on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Leadership is horrible, way to many politics, no work life balance. No future within the company, opportunities are given to those that are not even qualified for the positions. Higher leadership does not acknowledge you.
