They are starting to rebrand their efforts of working with their employees. No micro management

Cons

They over work their upper management. They have reformatted to put much more stress on their leadership in which at some point will effect the bottom line of the staff. Pending on which area.

Upper management is terrible. They change directions every 3 months. Area Directors aren't trained well either. Pay is low for the position especially in the area. They expect you to follow 1000 steps to get anything done. SOP for everything, so we better not ask for help. Its not like there is one anyway. Benefits are bad btw. They make the bonuses unreachable.
