experience on multiple car makes and models. ASE certs are paid for by pep boys. Great training staff and real world techniques.

Cons

Too many techs and mechanics in the bays. Productivity is held over your head, and Pep Boys standard op procedure plus overhiring accounts for 15 to 30% of a techs lost productivity.

I worked in the Port Jefferson Station store. Management was friendly.

Cons

Management showed favoritism. If you weren't one of their favorites you got all the dirty work.
