Great place for work especially for gear heads like me. The store manager is an excellent person and is also a great leader.

Cons

working space at the shop ia too cramped other than that is excellent.

I love my job, the company is great. there is thousands of years experiences among staff in this company. If I Could rank the company on the willingness of the areas to succeed i would rank this company a 5. upper management has change the way we are structured 4 times in 4 years clearly lost.

Cons

retirement is sketchy at best. the company has lost its way. I see this company going the way of sears,Kmart,Montgomery Wards. they are trying to grow there business within the foot print of each business instead of finding there nitch and duplicating it in an other area. there supply chain and technological systems dismal at best.

Structures of store lay out are easy and discounts are great. If you love anything about cars this is the place to be.

Cons

Have to be able to multi task. Have a better stocking system. Not able to control your own hear and a/c!
