Workers. I am thankful for the opportunity Pep Boys gave me. When I started working for Pep Boys I had no knowledge of cars and yet they hired me. I have learned so much with them.

Cons

Not really. In many occasions the car parts have to be special ordered and keep track for excellent costumer service. I also run the weekly billing for our accounts and organize their invoices so each account understand their bill. Once a week I take care of restocking the shelves with all the merchandise that arrives from the truck.

Terrible managers. Money is tight because there were no technicians working. Manager only care about themselves
