Pros

Get to work with a lot of different systems and technology and learn a tremendous amount debugging issues from old systems. Non-stop reaction to issues keeps you on your toes. Well established brand.

Cons

Not a lot of technical know-how, lots of outsourcing and third party products and solutions. Lots of integration, not a lot of newer technology or ideas. Neither known about nor appreciated but rather feared for the wrong reasons.

Pros

This was an excellent place to start learning about the differences of each vehicle while understanding the needs of each and every customer. Appreciating the value, time and efforts of all employees involved to make the customer a satisfied one.

Cons

However, enjoying the job it did have its challenges, not every customer is a satisfied one. The altercations of an angry customer can be the biggest task of the day. When handling these kinds of customers you have to make them happy in some form before they leave so you have repeat business.
