Pros

Helping people get their cars and trucks back on the road and running strong.

Cons

Unprepared, understaffed, unprofessional top managers, for a parts store they do not carry many parts a motor head would need. You are overburdened with plano-gram tasks and displays for such urgent items as dog leashes and selfies kits which takes away from your time selling parts which is where the money is. I sincerely hope the Icahn Group will transform this store into a producer for the employees sake.

Pros

Great staff, who were more than happy to help me and teach me new things on a regular basis. My hours were good and flexible, and my manager was very understanding on days I needed him to be flexible. Fantastic work environment.

Cons

There was lots of down-time, and while at times it was nice, there comes a point where too much of it leads to boredom. There was also some out of date technology that made things difficult.
