Great place to learn how to change tires and change oil.

Cons

One of the worst work atmospheres I've ever witnessed. Racism was rampant when I was there. Everyone is paid book-rate, all of the job tickets go to the two top mechanics first before being distributed anywhere else. If service managers give tickets to anyone else, top mechanics will force out the service manager, or bully them until they quit.
