      Pros

      Great experience to start up your career but after six month I would suggest to go find a job somewhere else.

      Cons

      No work life balance, IT Department is a disaster. Management is hopeless.

      Pros

      Best benefit plan I have seen in a while. Laid back work environment as long as you do your job.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to get help/answers to problems. The new tech pay plan is going to KILL retention and recruiting of good people!!
