      Fast paced environment, exposure to all departments of the studio kept things fresh and allowed for better networking, most people were great to work with, pleasure to go to work every day, great benefits

      Cons

      Reluctance to stay current internally leads to missed opportunities and loss in revenue for the company, departmental feuds causes tension and breakdown of functionality as a whole
