Pros
The company offers a fairly good amount of time off, between sick days, personal days, and paid vacation days. When the studio does well, they also offer additional excused paid time off during the holidays. During commemorative moments, they hold large parties to try and encourage employees to feel appreciated and included.
Cons
Any issue is within individual departments. Although the direct and senior management are nice, you never feel fully appreciated, and constantly get handed additional work without the correct recognition or compensation. I heard from previous employees in the dept. who left
