Pros

Competitive pay for new employees, trains entry level non-experienced agents, tuition reimbursement, recognition gift cards, bonuses, brokerage exam reimbursement

Cons

Poor management, poor talent retention, promotions given based on who you know not what you do or know, broken promises, inconsistent policies, bonus structure changed frequently, district offices do not have branch managers to focus on branch success, lack of sales team, top heavy management, lack of communication, long time employees are lucky to get competitive pay or 1,2 or 3 percent raises. Raises and bonuses skipped often even when a profit is made due to aggressive financial goals

Pros

Global Organization, respected history, they have a plane!

Cons

Changes Direction on average every 3-5 years. No consistency. Loses all momentum with every direction change. Too political, petty B.S. on the executive level and out of touch with reality.
