Pros
The training (in certain departments) is outstanding. The overall atmosphere is very laid back. The company is very patient and understanding when it comes to the employee's personal situations, and is willing to work around them.
Cons
Important company related information and organizational changes are not properly (if at all) communicated with the employees. Employees in certain departments are expected (more like demanded) to work 15 to 16 hours a day on Fridays, and sometimes more. Certain managers are very unprofessional & disrespectful when speaking to their subordinates. Promotions and bonuses are unfairly granted on a favoritism basis. Employees are encouraged to disregard the open door policy and only report issues and concerns to their direct supervisors. If an employee "goes over their head" for any reason, they are thoroughly lectured as a result.
