Pros
Great staff. Most are hard-working middle class employees who pour their hearts into the work.
Cons
Very poor upper management that refuses to listen to employees & correct problems at the lower level. Constantly changing procedures without giving proper time for the employees to adapt. Over-worked, tired & fed-up employees. Swarms are handing in resignations without another job to go to. No family/work balance. Never can do enough to keep management happy. Poor recognition and/or promotions unless you are a favorite.
