Cons

No structure Everyone in management does just enough to cover their butt No benefits Extremely unprofessional attitude from office staff

Pay is decent (when they actually pay you!) Provided training.

Cons

Provide a terrible schedule. Do not pay employees on time. Will hire absolutly anyone. No respect from management. Extrememly unorganized company. Do not deliver uniforms on time.
