Pay, Impossible to get time off, lack of support from head office/ backbone support., no room for growth.

Good people. Good sites and industry competetive wages Good uniforms, comfortable. Good communication and supervisors who are actually there for a change Benefit are okay. My ECC is nice but needs to answer the phone more often!

Cons

Sometimes difficult to get ahold of people in the office and messages don't get returned Payroll problems regarding correct holidays pay.(once) I'd like to see my CSM a bit more on the site
