Thank you for the feedback. Client Service Managers (CSMs) oversee Paladin's service delivery model at each and every site in our portfolio and take overall responsibility for the security program. Please do not hesitate to contact your CSM at any time to discuss any issues you may have. Similarly, the Employee Care Coordinator is responsible for putting together programs and systems that increase the overall satisfaction of our large and varied workforce. As Corporate Communications & Social Media Manager, I am also available 24/7, 7 days a week, if our staff ever need assistance. Keep up the good work!

Pros

nice co workers, site supervisors and mobile.

Cons

no decent wages, hires you full time then find out later you are casual, part time and no matter how long you worked for the company and how hard you work you will get nothing. You will see people get hired and right away get hours and a site while others that have been there for a bit , get nothing and have to struggle and find either another part time job or get pushed out. You have basically not have a life and have to be available 24/7 heaven forbid if you have kids or other commitments once a week that is not good enough so you won't get hours or a site. Ohh if your sick you have to give them at least 8 hours and if you don't that is a last minute book off and they will put it on your schedule, If you want a day off you have to give them 2 weeks notice and that does not guarantee you the time off. Bad communication skills between the office and co workers, one reason why I found something better and quit. Worst company I have evern worked for and just because they are #1 in BC does not mean nothing just means they have more sites as they low balled a offer and got it then they pay the guards less.
