Paid training , buddy passes , one week of vacation after 1 year and 2 years 2 weeks and 5 years 3 weeks

Cons

Low pay highest payment you can receive is 19.05 lowest i have heard so far. They do not gly internationally so your checks are small.

Pros

Good job security. Previous aircraft experience not necessary. Good aircraft maintenance building experience job. Nice in house training programs.

Cons

There is a union for a reason. Seniority is everything. Heavy turnover. Have to work 3rd shift on weekends for approximately two years before you can get a chance to change shifts or days off. Lowest paid A&P mechanics in the nation!
