Pros

Recruitment staff were professional. The company is growing.

Cons

Open house was all day; not a drop of water or a snack around. Fine for most people, but I just felt that was unprofessional. The hotel accommodations were deplorable. The hotel was gross. Between the drunk pilots in training and the one washing machine for hundreds of people, lunches were bruised up fruit and a sandwich made by front desk staff. One piece of meat, one piece of cheese. (Don't come hungry). Hotel was deplorable. You have a roommate, but no dressers, and no desk to study at. No storage space, esp for bathroom supplies. Hotel has serious water issues (leaking A/C units, water backed up in tubs, poor water pressure). No FAN in bathroom. No proper laundry facilities. trainees not allowed to sleep anywhere else, even on weekends.

Pros

It is great to know there are wonderful people as far as flight attendants and pilots working together in a very fast pace environment

Cons

Do not expect a great pay, i have been working for PSA for 7 years and i feel i am just making ends meet.
