Pros

Wholly owned subsidiary of US Airways, soon to be American with the merger. Willing to hire mechanics fresh out of school. Good benefits including non-rev travel privileges. Good company training program for new hires.

Cons

Regional airline comes with regional airline pay. Only three maintenance bases to choose from at this time. Pretty good overall.

Very family oriented, great company to work for! Great management! Tries hard to accommodate schedules.

Cons

Reserve time was too long! Too many hours away from family! No overtime available!

Pros

As a flight attendant i met some great people at PSA that are now my lifelong friends.

Cons

Mediocre pay for the labor you are putting in... Many senior flight attendants were not welcoming to newbies... Had to stay on Payroll because my checks were frequently incorrect. Physically exhausting job. Yes you get travel benefits but don't have the time or money to utilize them.
