Instructors were amazing and very knowledgable, smaller company with the opportunity to make lifeling friendships and networking. Flight benefits are great and almost immediate. Flexibility of travel system, very user friendly.

Cons

The usual of starting out with any company and having no seniority, it gets better in a short period of time
