Pros

New aircraft, nice co-workers and great travel benefits. As long as you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, you will work under very minimal supervision.

Cons

You don't always stay in the best locations on overnights. Days can be very long without time to grab a bite to eat.

Cons

Hard working, dedicated team...must be able to work whatever it takes to get the job done. Great leadership team.

Great flight benefits, and room for growth within the company

Cons

Horrible Bases (Dayton,OH, Knoxville, TN, & Charlotte, NC), only operate smaller planes, overnights are in small cities, and pay is just okay your first year
