OK place to start, but don't plan on staying long

Decent benefits, including flight benefits. Four days on three days off schedule is nice.

Cons

Pay is not competitive within the industry, communication between departments and management is poor; fleet size is growing but the number of staff is not, causing workload to become overwhelming at times

Flight benefits, can't really think of any other real incentives to work for this company.

Cons

Low pay, it as been mentioned in more reviews than I can count. IT department is really terrible, they are still using computer systems that are MS DOS based. The company relies on a few experienced people to really do the work. They have way too many people that don't know which end of the screw driver to hold.
