Flight Attendant

Pros

With so much growth and hiring of flight attendants, seniority progression is quick, offering better schedules and quality of life. Flight attendant supervisors are supportive. Management expects us to look professional and always be on time. If you don't have a strong work ethic or can't be away from home 20 days a month, this job is not for you.

Cons

Low pay, long hours and a lot of time away from home every month. Would like to have seen the President visit all crew bases. Not just Charlotte.
