Pros

Flight benefits, health benefits, work schedule 4 on/3 off with flexibility to swap with coworkers, two week paid vacation to start and personal time, lots of improvement in recent months!!!

Cons

low pay--but i knew the pay when i was hired--pay scale should be looked at, outdated equipment

Thank you for sharing your experience. The Association of Flight Attendants AFL-CIO represents PSA Flight Attendants and their Scheduling Committee meets monthly with the Company to review schedules and make recommendations for improvement many of which have been implemented.
