Pros

Inflight is great! Easy to find crash pad in bases. Great overnights. Wonderful crew. Safe pilots. Good paid training! It's nice being at Clt easy to commute home!

Cons

Hard to swap trips! Scheduling sometimes isn't very knowledgeable. The crew to management communication could improve a bit. No sap for flight attendants.

When You are first hired they do tell you what the pay is. The problem is that they don't tell you how detailed ,hard,and stressful the work is, especially on 1st shift. Everyone is too busy doing other things to help when their really letting time pass by. No other PSA stations are as big or as busy as CLT but upper management doesnt care. Management expects Everything to be run like little dayton but in reality it cant. CLT is too big and our gated are far away and spread out for that while we average 10Xs more flights then anyone ,not to mention there is no equal teamwork within our own department which makes it harder. I see the hidden racism and the pressure endured on minorities.
