bases in CVG, TYS, and DAY if you want to live in base additionally they have CLT and DCA. Flight benefits on AA means non reving all over the world. Your fellow crew members are amazing and fun people looking to move to mainlines too.

Cons

low pay, regional flying, training and probation almost feels as if they are trying to get rid of you. No flow to AA.

Very optimistic future. The company is aggressively expanding. Bigger things on the horizon. They seem to have the backing of AA.

Cons

The company is working hard to catch up with the staffing. They are challenged at time to staff all of the flights. Creates lots of opportunities.
