      We have great people on the project sites & in our group. Great family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Our group is run by a dictator, and it is draining on our entire group.

      Pros

      Used to be a family atmosphere, people used to care about each other.

      Cons

      Executives are only interested in their share returns. PCL is now like any other large company employees are just numbers and you are promoted because of who you are friends with not how well you perform. Good old boy network.

      Pros

      Stock options, benefits, and most of the people are great employees looking to improve the company. If employee surveys were taken seriously the district would be in better standing.

      Cons

      Terrible culture, and terrible district manager.
