Cons

- Bottom up Management. - Toxic Environment. - Very much a micromanaging environment. - Work/Life Balance is basically non existent. - Very Clicky. - Management dimisses concerns.

the paycheck gets deposited and doesn't bounce that's about it

Cons

No tools available, No Safety, Supervision is done by unqualified people who are only in that position because they are afraid to say no to upper management

A good company to work for if you know someone important

Pros

If you know someone important within the company, your career and pay could skyrocket.

Cons

The pay is not very competitive among the industry, especially for non-construction related supporting staff. They expect you to work for a long time period in order to earn dividend income over time, but again, if you are a supporting staff, your salary and share dividend are incomparable with project managers, superintendent, etc. There are opportunities to move up within the company; however, you must be willing to relocate due to the nature of the business.
