A typical modern interview process includes a recruiter screen, hiring manager call, multiple panel interviews, and sometimes a case study, followed by delays while companies compare candidates or pause hiring decisions.
2 rounds of interviews. First, a Hirevue interview (self-recorded) where you have a couple of minutes to prepare an answer and have 3 tries to record yourself. Second, an online interview with an HR manager and the manager for your position. About 45 minutes long.

Which tech systems are you proficient in? (Microsoft, Excel, Canva, etc.)
The first round was recorded video interview with around 5 questions.
The second round was a virtual interview with HR on Microsoft Teams. It was pretty straightforward. However, some of it felt repetitive since there were some overlapping questions in the 2 interviews.
