      Pros

      easy to get job, pay is ok, really nice people. its a nice short term temp job and is ok as permanent as well. good for your resume.

      Cons

      some management not great - cram too much work on to too few people. When confronted with conflicting orders and unrealistic work loads, mgmt gives a lot of stupid suggestions and double talk. but since they are lazy they mainly stay out of your way, so not that bad.

      Pros

      The exec teams really do work hard to keep the employees first, and those efforts are not always seen by the employees. At all levels, I've seen firsthand, the question on how can we make PAE a better place for our employees while meeting the requirements of our contracts. In my role, there is the support to really own what I'm working on without any micromanagement and my efforts are recognized. There are opportunities to grow and try something new and different, and this is encouraged! If you are willing to work hard the opportunities are here.

      Cons

      Government Contracting has its challenges. The teams have to work within the constraints of the contracts, which is hard on employees depending on the contract, which can leave a bad impression of the company.
